Midway Sourdough

50% Whole Wheat flour & 50% White Flour leavened with our Sourdough Starter named ‘Olga’ made with the simplest of ingredients, Flour, Water Salt! It is also LONG PROOFED for at least 24 hours! This is mildly sour with all the healthy goodness a sourdough brings. It has a chewy interior with lots of nooks and crannies for butter, spreads or just plain eating!
