Multigrain is our softest bread we make! We steep a blend of 7 grains including Hard Red Spring Wheat, Oat Groats, Triticale, Rye, barley, Soft White Wheat, Spelt & Flax in the water before mixing the dough and then a sprinkle of these same grains are baked on top of the loaf! It is a health filled delight that also has olive oil and is slightly honey sweetened.
